We are an AI-enabled service firm fast-tracking the auditing and due-diligence process. We provide an instant assessment of accounts detecting anomalies or potential frauds, identifying the source of risk and quantifying the issue.

Our statistically proven methodology has been developed and tested using over 10 years of data points. A rules-based method was developed and combining it with ML algorithms, we turned it into the actual product.

All major accounting scandals in the UK, and abroad, have been detected and identified, sometimes years before they became publicly known. In addition, we are also able to show how our system could have prevented many of the Financial Reporting Council's sanctions.

We are a multi-disciplinary team with over 100 years of combined  accounting, auditing, data-science, technology, AI , risk management and business experience, working for blue-chip companies, as well as fast and furious startups.
